The primary objective of the Sarojani’s Voice Foundation is to support and empower women and children who have suffered from domestic violence. The organization is committed to providing financial assistance, humanitarian aid, and rehabilitation programs to help survivors rebuild their lives with dignity and independence.
To achieve this, the foundation will focus on:
o Facilitating financial assistance and livelihood support for affected
individuals.
o Safe Spaces & Community Support: Establishing shelter homes, helplines, and crisis centers to offer immediate protection and long-term support. It will
promote a safe and inclusive environment where survivors can heal and
rebuild their lives.
o Advocacy & Awareness: Conducting educational programs, workshops, and
advocacy campaigns to spread awareness about domestic violence prevention, legal rights, and social empowerment.
o Collaborating with government bodies, private organizations, and legal
authorities for policy advocacy and effective intervention.
The foundation shall operate in accordance with the provisions of Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, and work towards creating a safe, supportive, and just society for survivors of domestic violence.
